Reinforced concrete slabs filigran
Reinforced concrete slabs filigran are slabs that are composed of prefabricated elements- slab plates, additional reinforcement installed on the building site as well as ready-mixed concrete laid on the building site. Prefabricated slab plate are composed of a thin reinforced plate and spacious steel frameworks partially covered with concrete. The overall lower stretched reinforcement, needed in the exploitation stage, is set into a prefabricated slab, and steel frameworks make the prefabricate adequately stiff while transporting as well as producing the slab.
Basic technical data
Slab span - to 12,00 m
Entire slab thickness- from 0,14 to 0,30 ( alternatively more in special extension )
Prefabricated plate thickness- 0,05 and 0,06 - in exceptional cases to 10 cm
Prefabricated plate overall dimension - the length adjusted to the slab span, 2,4 m wide
Load - optional like in case of monolithic slabs
Application
Reinforced concrete slabs filigran can be applied in residential, general or industrial building; mainly in cases where uniquely monolithic slabs could be used so far.
General design concepts
- slab design is carried out individually for each construction
- slabs can be designed as working in one or two directions, freely supported, fixed (partially or entirely ) or continuous multispan
- in case of slabs moving in one direction the cross section of the main stretched reinforcement is assumed as the sum of the cross section of oblong bars as well as of lower steel framework bars. The whole computational reinforcement-scheme is inset into the prefabricated slab.
- In case of cross reinforced slabs, the reinforcement perpendicular to the bars is inset over the higher prefabricated surface. The cross section of this reinforcement is indicated on the assumption that the height of reinforcement in inferior to the one of the reinforcement inset into the plate.
